Tortellini on salad with fried champignons and tomato


I have been busy and also ill, I did not cook at home at all for long time. But I want to eat more vegetables finally. Of course it is much cheaper and healthier to cook by myself... Sometimes my work will not allow me to do so, that I think very pitty. I fried briefly champinignogs and tomato with sesame oil.

I found an old entry but it is slightly different... well to think what to use from the fridge and how is the key to cook quickly and easily.
