Bacon cabbage spaggethi

Next day of okonomiyaki, I had some pieces of bacon and cabbage in fridge.
I boiled the fine cut cabbage and then used the water to boil pasta.
I slightly remember the recipe I learned from Mamma in Sicilia. This time, I used soft and sweet cabbage for okonomiyaki, it tastes much better.

Penne with shrimps

Today I tried what I ate in Sicily. Quite simple but it is good. Maybe cabbage is not so sweet as I had in Sicily, but what else can I do?

Chan chan yaki

Rest of yesterday's chan chan yaki which I cooked for a guest from Budapest; onion, cabbage, carrot, soy sprout, leek, mashroom, then added salmon in the pan and covered with foil and waited for a while, seasoned by miso.
