Leek spelt pasta
Recently I found out that spelt pasta's texture is somehow similar to that of yakisoba noodle. I once tried spelt pasta when I first saw at supermarket, but it did not taste wonderful; I did cook and ate without frying after that.

Chan chan yaki
Rest of yesterday's chan chan yaki which I cooked for a guest from Budapest; onion, cabbage, carrot, soy sprout, leek, mashroom, then added salmon in the pan and covered with foil and waited for a while, seasoned by miso.
