I cooked sushi at my regular bar, I took back all the rest and might be enough for a several days.

Croquette

I suddenly wanted to eat croquette. I had some portion of okara in the fridge from last tofu party with my friends. Mixed okara with the same amount of mash potatoes, minched and fried onion, tuna and corn, then dipped to beaten eggs, fried in olive oil both sides. It has quite a simple taste, but it somehow relaxed me.

On Easter Monday I have worked whole day without going out. So the lunch was quick and easy.

Brown rice noodle with pumpkin and ginger

I found such a strange noodle at a bio shop the other day, I made a sauce with tuna and tomato.
Slightly smells pumpkin and ginger, was not bad, well actually was very good.
