Curry rice

This one is not a quick and simple recipe at all.
I cooked curry rice as one of the most popular Japanese dishes within a friend circle who wants to learn how to learn how to cook Japanese dishes. I was not able to use roux available at Asian shop for one member who was allergic to flour, I cook this time from scratch.
I made roux out of curry powder, garam masala and koriander this time. It takes long time but surely nice.
