Salmon and potato


Salmon with potato, carrot, champingon

  2. LOL I try to do that from the next time...
    But this one is quite easy.

    1. To slice potato and carrot not too thick, or it takes long time to cook. They should be soft as salmon in the end.
    2. Season salmon with salt and pepper
    3. Sauter carrot first, then add potato. When carrot and potato is well cooked, add sliced onion and then sliced mashroom in a pan. Potato and carrot can be first cooked in microwave, it makes the cooking much faster.
    4. Put salmon in the pan, add thyme, then put butter on the top and add a 1/2 water, put the lid and steam it with low flame.
    5. Add some green leaves on the top and serve on a plate.
